Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and details about the vehicle you are interested in. When you apply for financing, we also collect information required by our lending partners, including your Social Security number, employment history and income.
Our first-party traffic statistics record IP addresses, browser/device information, referring website, public pages viewed, timestamps and approximate active browsing time. The server generates a pseudonymous identifier from IP and browser characteristics to group estimated repeat visits without tracking cookies or stored browser identifiers. This does not identify a person reliably: shared IPs, VPNs and changing network addresses affect results. Authorized staff may view and delete these records. The normal retention period is 180 days. Our tracker respects Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Standard server security logs may be collected separately.
For optional approximate city/state/country lookup, the website may send the visitor’s public IP to FreeIPAPI (freeipapi.com). The service provider processes that IP under its own privacy policy. The website operator can disable this service using ANALYTICS_GEO_PROVIDER=off; without a lookup, location may be unavailable. GeoIP location is not a precise address.
ZIP-code lookup is performed locally by our website. If you choose Verify Address, the completed address is processed through OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to return a matching location. If you choose Use My Location, your browser asks for permission before sharing coordinates for reverse geocoding. You may decline either option and enter the address manually.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, process financing applications, complete vehicle sales, provide service reminders, comply with federal and state motor vehicle regulations, and improve our website.
We may send you marketing communications about inventory and promotions. You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.
How We Share Information
We share information with lending institutions when you request financing, with vehicle history and titling services, with transport providers when you request delivery, and with service providers who operate our website and customer systems on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us by phone or email. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Data Security & Retention
We use industry-standard administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission and restricted internal access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
When you submit a Driver's License or State ID through the Purchase & Identity process, the images are used solely to verify your identity and prepare the Vehicle Purchase Agreement. Access is limited to authorized staff. The ID images are automatically deleted within 30 days after verification, or sooner when they are no longer required. Identity images are never sent through Telegram or ordinary email.
We retain sales and financing records for the periods required by federal and California state law, and retain marketing information until you opt out.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
